Who to contact

Tintwerks provides automotive window tinting in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Owner Gary Kraus works primarily inside Midwest Electronics. For privacy questions or requests concerning your information, call (308) 365-6137. Please do not include sensitive financial, medical, or identity documents in a quote request.

Information you provide

Quote and appointment forms may collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle year, make and model, windows to be tinted, project notes, requested appointment information, and optional messaging preferences. Tintwerks also receives information you choose to share when discussing your project.

This information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare and discuss quotes, manage appointment requests and confirmed appointments, provide service-related support, and record your communication choices. Submitting a quote request does not reserve an appointment.

Website and service providers

Cloudflare delivers this website. HighLevel / LeadConnector provides the embedded quote form and calendar and processes submitted information for Tintwerks’ customer records and follow-up. Providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, page requests, cookies, and similar storage to deliver and protect their services.

The site’s own code does not add advertising pixels or analytics scripts. The embedded HighLevel calendar loads Meta/Facebook Pixel software and a provider pixel loader. These components can support measurement or advertising tracking, depending on their configuration. Embedded services may use cookies or similar browser storage. You can control cookies through your browser; blocking third-party services may prevent the form or calendar from working. You may call instead.

Sharing and marketing

Tintwerks’ policy for this website and customer-management system is to use customer information for inquiries, quotes, appointments, and customer service, not to sell it. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Service providers such as HighLevel and Cloudflare process information as needed to operate the services described above.

Optional text-message consent

Text messaging is not currently offered as a contact method. If Tintwerks introduces messaging, choosing an optional service-message checkbox would authorize messages about your inquiry, quote, appointment, or service. Promotional messages would require the separate marketing consent described on the form.

Providing a phone number or submitting a request is not, by itself, SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of requesting a quote or appointment. SMS consent is specific to Tintwerks; it is not permission for third-party marketing. Consent information is processed with service providers as needed to record your choices and deliver authorized messages.

Records and your choices

Submitted information is held in the systems Tintwerks uses for inquiries, customer service, and appointment management. To ask what information is held, request a correction or deletion, or change communication preferences, call (308) 365-6137. Requests may require identity verification; applicable recordkeeping duties may affect what can be deleted. No fixed deletion period or immediate erasure is promised by this policy.
